BOOKING POLICY

Making reservations in advance is essential to guarantee your tour on the date you want to travel. Gold Star Canadian Tours recommends that reservations be made at least six months in advance to guarantee space availability.

Our $500 Reservation Offer: A $500 deposit fee, plus applicable taxes, is made to guarantee your Expedition seats, with the remaining balance due 30 days following booking. A separate email with an attached invoice will be sent shortly after making your $500 seat reservation booking. Once your deposit is received the total price of your booking is guaranteed.

For bookings 90 days prior to departure full payment is required at the time of booking. For example, a reservation made on September 1st for a tour occurring on November 1st is within 90 days of the Expedition date, and must be paid in full.

Gold Star Canadian Tours reserve the right to decline, or to require a traveler to withdraw from the tour when it is determined by Gold Star Canadian Tours in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the participant's health and safety.
