Your Expedition Itinerary

Exact timing will be clearly indicated in your Expedition Package, here’s a picture of what you can expect:

6:30am:  Depart in our private chartered aircraft

Breakfast during the flight

9:30 am: Land in Churchill 

Transportation to the Tundra Buggy departure point

Guided tour aboard a Tundra Buggy 

Lunch provided during the tour

5:00 pm: Tundra Buggy tour complete

Transportation into Churchill for souvenir shopping 

6:30 pm: Expedition banquet dinner

9:00 pm:  Board private charter flight home 

Your Expedition Package will be sent by email 30 days prior to your departure date, and include specific directions regarding parking and check-in times for your private chartered flight.

    • Groups of any size are welcome. We can accommodate anywhere from a handful of seats to a full aircraft charter for your organization.

    • Yes. The expedition qualifies as a business expense for team rewards, client entertainment, and corporate events. Consult your accountant for specifics.

    • Gold Star monitors conditions closely. In the rare event of a cancellation due to weather, your group will be rebooked or fully refunded. Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended. 

    • No. Everything is included and handled by Gold Star. Your team just needs to arrive at the private terminal on departure morning.

    • Yes. We work with corporate groups to customize elements of the experience including branded materials, private group seating, and custom dinner arrangements.
